List credit notes

/v1/credit-notes

Needs credit_notes:read. Every issued credit note in the key's branches, whichever channel created it, including refunds made at the till or the dashboard. Sales returns and credit notes made on the dashboard's accounting screens are not listed, though they count against what is left to credit. Newest first, paged with limit and startingAfter.
