Issue a sales invoice

Needs sales_invoices:write. Creates and issues the invoice in one call. A company customer's standard invoice is cleared by ZATCA before the reply: rejected saves nothing, a timeout replies with zatca.status pending. A discount that would sell a unit below the item's minimum price is reduced to that price: read the applied unitDiscount and total from the reply.
