Download a sales invoice's ZATCA XML

GET 
/v1/sales-invoices/:id/xml

Needs sales_invoices:read. The XML ZATCA cleared (standard) or the signed XML reported to it (simplified); 409 invoice_not_cleared until ZATCA accepts it, and for good once ZATCA rejects it.
